1. ARE YOU USING THE RIGHT TYPE OF BROWSER?

Currently, our video chat only works with the latest versions of Firefox and Google Chrome. It does not work with Apple Mac Safari, Apple Mac Opera, or Microsoft Edge as of yet. We are currently working on making our video chat compatible with all browsers. We will email you when this is possible, as long as, you are enrolled for our video chat services.

2. I cannot connect to the site?

Check that you have an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection. Click here to find out how to do this.

3. How do I find the latest versions of Firefox and Google Chrome?

Easy. Just click here for Firefox or here for Google Chrome .

4. Does your video chat work with all desktops and operating systems?

As long as you are using the latest versions of Windows or Apple IOs operating systems you should be ok.

5. CAN I USE YOUR VIDEO CHAT WITH MY SMARTPHONE?

No yet. We are working on it and will email you when it is possible to do so, as long as, you are enrolled for our services.

6. CAN I USE YOUR VIDEO CHAT WITH MY TABLET OR IPAD?

7. How do I test my camera and microphone to make sure I have acceptable video and audio quality?

8. Does your video chat work with all browsers?

9. IS YOUR VIDEO CHAT SAFE?

Yes, all your information has been encrypted. This means that your information cannot be read by others if they steal it. During encryption, the information is changed from something that makes sense, because it is written in English, to something that makes no sense, because it is written in gibberis. 10. DOES YOUR VIDEO CHAT REALLY HAVE GOOD QUALITY WHEN IT COMES TO VIDEO AND AUDIO?

Yes. You will be able to see and hear the other person crystal clear. However, if you have a poor internet connection, or your computer is too old, the quality of the video and audio might not be as good as you would like. You may experience various levels of quality depending on your computer’s hardware, available memory, and type of chip, etc.

11. IS YOUR VIDEO CHAT EASY TO USE?

Yes. Just send an invite to another person’s email with the click of a link or button. The person then simply clicks on the button or link and a video chat window opens automatically and prompts them to begin chatting with you!!!

12. Is your video chat HIPAA compliant?

Yes, we actually called the federal government’s HIPAA hotline and asked to be sure it was HIPAA compliant. However, keep in mind that the federal government keeps on changing the definition of what they consider HIPAA compliant. You can learn more about HIPAA here.

13. WILL YOU OFFER ME A BUSINESS AGREEMENT FOR ME TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND?

Yes, we will provide you with one. We know that other company’s say they are HIPAA compliant, but when asked to produce a Business Agreement, they are unable to do so. Make no mistake, an agreement is the only way you can be sure you are not liable if something happens. You can find more information here .

14. Do you look for business partnerships?

Absolutely! Please contact us and let us know how we can benefit each other.

15. Can you put or integrate your video chat into my website?

Yes. This is an excellent idea if you want to increase the capabilities of your website and business in general.

16. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN CHAT AT ONCE?

Currently, you can only chat one to one. Pretty soon, you will be able to chat with small groups or very, very, large groups.

17. CAN I SEND FILES?

Yes. Currently, you can share files up to 30 mb.

18. Can I message?

Yes.

19. CAN I SHARE MY SCREEN?

Yes. However, you need to download an extension. It sounds scary, but it is very easy. Here is how .

20. Can I do webinars?

No yet. This is coming soon.

21. Can I talk to anyone in the world?

Yes.

22. Can I add themes or filters?

23. MY VIDEO OR AUDIO QUALITY IS POOR. WHY IS THAT?

Have the other person test their camera and microphone.

28. WHAT IS A DASHBOARD?

A dashboard is like your landing page in a website. It is the central place where you will be able to navigate to any other place you like. When you log into to your account, you are automatically taken to the most important page. You can always click on the dashboard link to go back to the central page where you have all the links you need navigate.

29. Where do I find a list of previous meetings I have had?

Go to your dashboard and click on the meetings history link.

30. I SENT AN INVITE, BUT THE OTHER PERSON NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHAT HAPPENED?

Most likely it went into their Junk or Spam Mail folder. Ask the person if they can find it there. If not, send another invitation and ask them to check their Inbox, Junk, and Spam folders.

31. Why does the call drop?

Many things can cause this including your bandwidth, router, firewall, etc. Try again using a different WIFI network.
